Open channel type conveyance and distribution is achieved by gravity and includes channels made by embankment construction, excavation, or construction of prefabricated sections, as well as the use of underground pipes or closed ducts in which water flows by gravity (no pumping).  If the required pressure for the flow of water is less than 10 meters, the conveyance and distribution method is grouped as low-pressure. In this research, the irrigation and drainage network of Sistan, which is a strategic region in east parts of Iran facing severe water shortage, was studied to suggest proper strategies. Three crops, namely, wheat, barley, and alfalfa were studied for economic analysis. The results showed that using a piped conveyance system would increase the net income and the gross benefits of the wheat and alfalfa growing farmers compared to open channel systems, but the area of barley should decrease. Furthermore, due to high costs of construction and low irrigation efficiency and poor water management, the net benefits of farmers under the two conveyance systems would not be significantly different. Thus, by using pressurized water conveyance systems from Chah-Nimeh reservoirs, the existing efficiency of 20%, would rise to 90%. Results revealed that the main problems in the network were deterioration of canals lining, poor performance of the regulating and distribution structures, and low efficiency of the network. Overall, the economic analysis of the project showed that water conveyance by pipe was economically more justified than open channels.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اقتصادی و مقایسه سیستم های ثقلی و تحت فشار شبکه توزیع آب درمنطقه سیستان}, abstract_fa = {روش های توزیع آبیاری براساس نوع مجرای انتقال آب به دو روش قابل تقسیم می باشد که یکی روش روباز و دیگری مجرای بسته و براساس روش تامین انرژی جریان آب نیز به دو روش جریان ثقلی و دیگری جریان تحت فشار می باشد. استفاده از انواع کانالها در انتقال و توزیع در گروه روش روباز یا ثقلی بوده که شامل کانالهای احداث شده با خاکریزی یا خاکبرداری و یا اینکه احداث انواع مقاطع پیش ساخته با انواع مصالح بصورت روباز نیز شامل این گروه می باشد. استفاده از لوله و یا مجراهای بسته زیرزمینی و چنانچه جریان آب بصورت ثقلی (بدون پمپاژ) انجام گیرد، چنانچه فشار مورد نیاز جریان کمتر از 10 متر باشد آنگاه روش انتقال و توزیع بنام روش کم فشار نامیده  می شود. در این پژوهش شبکه آبیاری و زهکشی  منطقه سیستان ، که یکی از مناطق استراتژیک و حساس ایران بوده و با بحران شدید آب مواجه است مورد بررسی و تحقیق قرار گرفت و راهکارهای لازم پیشنهاد گردید. برای تحلیل اقتصادی از سه محصول گندم، جو و یونجه استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان می دهدکه با در نظر گرفتن سیستم های آبرسانی لوله ای میزان درآمد خالص یا سود ناخالص کشاورزان و سطوح زیرکشت برای محصولات گندم و یونجه نسبت به کشاورزی با سیستم کانالی افزایش می یابد. ولی به دلیل بالابودن نیاز آبی جو نسبت به یونجه وهمچنین بالابودن هزینه های متغییر، سطح زیرکشت جو کاهش می یابد. افزون برآن به دلیل بالا بودن هزینه های احداث و پایین بودن راندمان آبیاری وعدم مدیریت صحیح آب، میزان سود کشاورزان در دو مدل تفاوت محسوسی ندارند. بنابراین افزایش راندمان آب با استفاده از سیستم های تحت فشار و نیمه تحت فشار از مخازن چاه نیمه ها از 20 درصد موجود به بالای 90 درصدخواهد رسید. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که عمده ترین مشکلات فنی در شبکه ها تخریب پوشش کانال به شکلهای مختلف، عملکرد نامناسب سازه های تنظیم وتوزیع آب و پایین بودن راندمان شبکه می باشد. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی اقتصادی طرح نیز نشان داد انتقال آب با سیستم لوله گذاری توجیه اقتصادی بیشتری نسبت به سیستم انتقال آب با کانالهای روباز دارد}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://wra.areeo.ac.ir/article_100826.html}, eprint = {https://wra.areeo.ac.ir/article_100826_db2462bdcdbb439a20d8df38434ccb56.pdf} }
